Weekly updates, tested
WordPress core, theme, and plugin update runs are performed weekly by our operator from a pre-update snapshot and logged in the dashboard; fully automated applying is on the roadmap. Major WooCommerce updates are scheduled with you first — never a surprise.
Backup tracking
Backup runs are logged every day and restore tests are recorded (Studio and Agency). Backup execution itself runs through your host or backup plugin today; automated off-site backups with 30-day retention are on the roadmap. A backup you can't restore from isn't a backup — that's why restore tests are part of the log.
Uptime monitoring
Uptime checks are run against your site and logged with latency and status history in the dashboard. Continuous around-the-clock checking with instant downtime alerts is on the roadmap.
Monthly plain-English report
Updates applied, backups verified, uptime percentage. Forward it to your boss or your clients; it reads like a human wrote it.
Security hardening checklist
Roadmap: Studio and Agency tiers will include malware scanning and a quarterly hardening checklist pass. Not yet available.
White-label (Agency) — roadmap
Planned: your logo on reports, client-facing status pages per site, and your own resale price. The Agency tier's 25-site allowance is live today; the white-label surfaces are not yet built.
