• Product data: the minimum needed to provide the service (your site URL and the maintenance records we keep for it (update runs, backup logs, uptime checks). WordPress admin credentials you share for servicing are stored securely and never used for anything but your maintenance.).
• Support correspondence: emails you send us.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers.
• We don't use your site's content to train models.

Cookies

This marketing site uses no tracking cookies. The product dashboard uses a single session cookie when you're signed in.

Data retention & deletion

Maintenance records are kept for the life of your subscription plus 12 months, then deleted. Email us anytime to request earlier deletion or an export of your data.
